The Prevention Research & Community Education Division exists to promote prevention, improve community outcomes, and foster evidence-based approaches to address public health concerns. The division develops, implements, and evaluates prevention programs and interventions tailored to meet the needs of the community. Its programs target success planning and life skills training for youth in addition to a range of health conditions such as substance use, HIV/AIDS, teen pregnancy, suicide, and mental health. This division serves as a vital resource in addressing public health concerns and promoting well-being within the community.
